Fllexible candles

FLEXIBLE CANDLES

Candles made by me
Not afraid of falling from a height -
they are plastic and hard at the same time.

Candles are made by extrusion.
Extrusion (from the English extrusion "pushing out, extrusion") -
method and process for obtaining products
plastic materials (wax)
by forcing the material melt
through the molding hole in the extruder.

Plasticity is achieved by cleaning beeswax.
There is a video on my YouTube channel where
the manufacturing process itself is shown with comments.

Wax from zabrus

WAX

The beeswax that I use on mine
candles, called "zabrus"
Zabrus is the most expensive and pure wax that bees
seal the cells filled with honey.
This wax is the hardest and has the highest
melting point, which makes it ideal for candles.

Another one of the benefits of zabrus wax is that it smells great.
The smell of zabrus wax is simply amazing.
The color of this wax is just as beautiful, yellow with a tendency towards white.
Zabrus wax is completely safe for humans and
environment.
There is no better material for candles.
Beeswax candles should be stored in the dark.
When storing beeswax candles for a long time,
there may be a light coating, as it should be.
You can wipe the candles with a soft cloth to give
fresh candles.

A little rules

TO BURN THE CANDLE WELL

When burning a beeswax candle,
diameter over 15 mm
soot forms on the wick, the wick lengthens
and can be bent, disrupting combustion.
It is recommended to trim the wick.
The optimal height of the wick should be up to 10 mm.
In this case, it will not give residual smoke.
Don't forget to straighten it after you've extinguished
candle like this.

Large candles should burn for a certain time,
until a wide puddle of wax formed.
Then turn it off and leave it to cool completely.
This will avoid "tunneling"
or the melted wax will run off, melting the edge of the candle.
Make sure that the flame of the candle does not lean to the sides,
avoid drafts in the area of a burning candle.
Let the candle cool before lighting it.
This will give a longer quality time.
burning candle.

Candle Safety

CANDLING SAFETY

Remember: a burning candle is a source of open fire!
Never leave a burning candle unattended.
The candle must be fixed in a suitable holder,
which has a wider base than the candle itself
and then placed on a heat-resistant surface,
e.g. plate, tray.
Away from flammable things,
children and pets.
Do not pick up or carry a burning candle in your hands.
During combustion, molten wax has a high temperature
and large enough.
Before transferring, extinguish it and wait until
the candle will cool completely.
To remove wax from a candlestick, place it in the freezer.
camera. Once the wax has completely cooled down, it can be
easy to remove.
It is not permissible to put candles in a draft!

Pure Beewax

BEESWAX

Beeswax - produced by bees
during the mass flowering of honey plants.
Good nutrition helps to increase the secretion of wax,
which bees use to build
honeycombs, and sealing cells already filled with honey.
You can define beeswax - it tastes!
Beeswax does not stick to teeth
when chewed, beeswax turns into a pulp.
It is impossible to confuse the taste of beeswax with chemistry!
In the hands of beeswax is not oily.
The wax is slightly sticky, from the warmth of the hands, fragrant.
The smell of beeswax is not sharp, does not strain the sense of smell.
Sometimes beeswax has a bitter taste of propolis.
Buying beeswax is best done when
artificial lighting from a simple light bulb.
In daylight, as well as with LED lamps, you will not
be able to accurately determine the shade of the wax and most likely,
buy wax much darker than it seemed when you bought it.
